Licensing and Vetting
All our personnel are vetted and licensed in line with the SIA and BS7858 standards.

Criminal Records Bureau Check (CRB)
Our passion is security so in addition to the standard CRB disclosure carried out by the SIA, Guardian goes that extra mile and all our personnel are subject to an enhanced CRB disclosure.   

Competency
Each Officer demonstrates their competency by achieving the SIA approved Level 2 Award in Security Guarding or Door Supervision as minimum prior to their enhancement training.
